Honestly mate, it's almost impossible now. The new Excel encryption is very strong. There's no simple trick to just open it without the password.
Termites are a very big problem. You should call a professional exterminator. It is not a good do-it-yourself job. They hide deep in the wood. A pro has the right chemicals and tools to get them all out for you. This is the safest way to fix it.

Actually, for your normal feed posts, there is no direct option. To hide feed posts, you must either remove that person as a follower or block them.
But for Instagram Stories, it is very easy. You can make a ‘Close Friends’ list and post only for them. Or, you can go to your story settings and choose specific followers to hide your story from. This is the best method for hiding stories without blocking anyone.
