The most common word for sufficient is "paryapt" (पर्याप्त). It means you have enough of something. For example, "This food is sufficient for two people." Another word that is used a lot is "kaafi" (काफ़ी). I hear this one in conversation all the time. It also means enough, or plenty. So if you say something is "kaafi hai," it means "it is enough."
