Hey! I just went through this process last week. The cash box feature is basically their savings pocket within the app. Here's what worked for me:
First, I had to transfer any remaining balance out of the cash box back to my main PalmPay wallet. You can't deactivate it if there's money still in there.
Then I went to: 1. Profile → My Savings → Cash Box 2. Selected the specific cash box I wanted to close 3. Scrolled down until I found the "Close Cash Box" option in red text 4. Entered my password to confirm
It took about 24 hours for the deactivation to fully process. The cash box disappeared from my app the next day.
If you don't see the option, make sure your app is updated to the latest version - I had to update mine before the close option appeared. Their UI changes pretty frequently so the exact steps might be slightly different now.
