Alright, so you don't have a card yet. How do you get one? Your primary method is through the Free Fire shop. From the lobby, tap on the Shop icon (usually a bag with a diamond symbol). Inside the shop, browse the categories until you find the "Utility" section. Here, you should find the "Name Change Card" for purchase. The standard price is 500 Diamonds. Diamonds are the premium currency in Free Fire, which means you'll most likely have to spend real money to acquire them, unless you've saved up from events or rank rewards. Once you purchase it, the card will be delivered directly to your Inventory in the "Other" tab, ready for you to use as described in the first steps.
