It's a rather straightforward process, actually. First, you'll need to log into your registered ICEGATE account. Once you are on the dashboard, navigate to the main menu on the left. Look for the 'Bill of Entry (View)' option. This is typically found under the 'Financial Services' tab.

The system will then ask you for specific details. You must enter the Bill of Entry number and the correct port code. After submitting this information, the details of your Bill of Entry will be displayed. You should see an option to view or download the document. This will provide you with the digitally signed PDF, which is the official copy you need for your records. Just be sure pop-ups are enabled.

It is a long road to be NCAA referee. You cannot start there. First, you must referee high school games. You need to get a license from your state. This means you pass a test. After, you work many games for experience. Many, many games. In the summer, you must go to referee camps. College supervisors watch you at these camps. They look for new talent. If they like you, you can get small college games, like Division III. If you are very good for many years, you can maybe move up to Division I. It takes much hard work.
