Yes, it is most likely raining if you are visiting in the monsoon season. I was there last July, and it rained continuously for hours. Roads were slippery, waterfalls were overflowing, and mist covered the coffee plantations. If you love monsoon vibes, it’s a dream. But if you’re looking for trekking or outdoor adventure, heavy rains can ruin plans.
