If you cannot join coaching, practice at home. Do running, push-ups, and read newspapers daily. Also solve previous year papers of Chhattisgarh Police. It gives idea about exam format. Many 12th pass students clear this exam every year.

I prepared by joining a coaching center in Raipur. They provided physical training sessions and mock tests. The exam pattern is not very tough, but physical test decides most results. So balance your time properly between written and physical practice.
