Yes, it uses CCS2 charging standard, which is now common in India. So it’ll work with most Tata Power, Zeon, and other fast chargers.

As of now, Tata is aiming for mid-2025 launch for the Curvv EV. ICE versions will likely follow towards end of 2025 or early 2026. Testing mules are already on roads, so launch is definitely not far.

I think Tata is doing a smart move by launching EV first. The ICE version is expected a few months after, maybe by late 2025. If you check Tata’s official roadmap here: Tata Motors Press Release, they clearly said Curvv will be both EV and petrol/diesel.

Pros: Stylish design, long range, advanced features, affordable compared to foreign EVs. Cons: Charging infra still growing, resale uncertain, ICE version may cannibalize it.
