I filled one last year for my parents. Here’s exactly how we did it:- Took joint account opening form (it’s about 6 pages). - My father filled as Applicant 1, my mother as Applicant 2. - We attached passport photos, PAN, Aadhaar copies. - We selected Senior Citizen Savings Account type. - Chose Former or Survivor mode, because Dad wanted to be primary operator. - Added my name as nominee. Everything was checked and accepted in one go. Within two days, passbook was ready. Honestly, the hardest part was getting neat passport photos that matched Aadhaar! :)
