Booking second sitting tickets online depends on which service you're referring to, but I'll assume Indian Railways since that's the most common query:

For Indian Railways Second Sitting (2S) tickets:

  1. Go to IRCTC website (https://www.irctc.co.in) or use the IRCTC Rail Connect app

  2. Login to your account (you need to be registered)

  3. Enter your journey details:

  4. From station
  5. To station
  6. Journey date
  7. Class: Select "Second Sitting (2S)"

  8. Check availability - 2S tickets are open seating and usually have good availability

  9. Add passenger details and proceed to payment

  10. Make payment through your preferred method

Important notes about 2S tickets: - No seat allocation - it's first-come, first-served seating - Most economical option after unreserved tickets - Available on most passenger and express trains - Can be booked up to 4 months in advance

Pro tip: Download the IRCTC app for easier booking and quicker checkouts. Also, 2S tickets are great for short journeys but can be uncomfortable for overnight travel!

As a type 2 diabetic myself, I can tell you this is one of the most confusing symptoms! You'd think with all that sugar in your blood, you wouldn't be hungry, but it's exactly the opposite.

The way my endocrinologist explained it: Imagine your cells are locked houses and insulin is the key. The food delivery truck (blood sugar) arrives with packages, but without keys, the packages can't get inside. The houses (cells) keep sending "we're hungry!" signals even though there's plenty of food right outside.

What helped me break the cycle was: - Getting on the right medication to improve insulin sensitivity - Eating more protein and fiber which keep you full longer - Checking my blood sugar when I feel hungry to see if it's real hunger or "false signals"

The American Diabetes Association has a great article about this phenomenon on their website that really helped me understand what was happening in my body.
