The good news is that the HR/Recruitment folks are used to this! If you absolutely need the application back in play, your immediate action should be to create a new profile with a different email address and re-apply, but only if the job is still open. Some companies, like Intel, explicitly suggest this as a workaround for external candidates (see their support pages).

However, the best way is always to call or email the hiring manager or recruiter if you have their contact information. Tell them it was a mistake and that you need them to reactivate the application from their end. They have the system permissions to fix it without you jumping through hoops like making a new profile.

Final thought: Don't just look at course content - evaluate the institute's connections to the local business ecosystem. That networking opportunity is often more valuable than the certificate itself.

3. Politely explain that you withdrew the application by mistake.
4. Ask if they can reopen your application or let you reapply.

If the position is still open, HR usually helps. I’ve done this before and got my application reopened within 24 hours. 🙂
