bgt Rsrc1, Src2, label Branch on Greater Than Conditionally branch to the instruction at the label if the contents of register Rsrc1 are greater than Src2. bgt $t0, $t1, Lab3 # Branch if $t0 > $t1 bge $t0, $t1, Lab4 # Branch if $t0 >= $t1. I solved it by removing "lenombre" variable and just storing the number input into $t0 register, it seems MIPS thinks "lenomre" is a string the way. MIPS assembly is a low-level programming language. Conditionally branch to the instruction at the label if the contents of Rsrc are greater than or equal to 0.
