What is fuel bias jb4?

This bias allows the JB4 to effectively change the air/fuel ratio target. A higher bias means a richer targeted air/fuel ratio. The amount of O2 bias applied can be adjusted by changing the "All Map AFR" table values under the "User Adjustment" Tab.
