What is keh?

I reckon it is a word from Singapore. They have a special English they call Singlish. People say 'keh' at the end of a sentence. It is like asking 'right?' or 'isn't it?'. But it can also show you are a bit surprised or that you are not sure. My mate says it is to check if someone agrees with you. Like you think they should know already. Hope that helps, mate.
