The Generic LWS record is used, if enabled, whenever no LWS with a Workstation Name or Workstation ID that matches the Client ID specified by the Hyperspace client can be found. Every workstation gets an LWS record, and every printer gets and EPR record as well as an LWS for each tray. Experience in EPR (Epic Print Record) record creation required.
