What is sctask in service now?

Difference between the REQ, RITM, SCTASK, TASK? Need to know the Flow of these creations. This is based on how ServiceNow has structured its tables. When I submitted the form from the Service Portal, the data is passed into the record within the Now Platform UI correctly.
