What is the best time to visit goa?

I reckon the best time is from November to February. The weather is perfect then. Not too hot, and it’s dry. Everything is open. All the markets and parties are on. It's a great vibe. It is the busy season, so it can be a bit pricey. And lots of people everywhere.

If you want something different, try the monsoon from June to September. The place is super green and beautiful. And it's much cheaper. But yeah, it rains heaps. So it just depends what you're after, mate.
