Loyalty is the backbone of friendship. Without it, friendship is just convenience. A loyal friend defends you even when you’re not around. They keep secrets, stand with you in trouble, and don’t leave when things get tough. For me, loyalty is more valuable than fun or common interests.

I think loyalty creates emotional safety. You can share your true self without fear of betrayal. With loyal friends, you don’t have to wear a mask. This comfort is what makes the bond last for decades. Once loyalty is broken, it’s very hard to repair.
