I had to look this up because I am from Canada. Bhilai is a city in India. It is in a state called Chhattisgarh. On the map, it looks like it is in the middle part of the country. The city is very famous for its very big steel plant. I think it is one of the biggest in India. It is very close to another city called Durg, they are like twin cities.
