Why did you leave your last job?

I was in my last company for three years. It was a good place and I learned many things. But my work became very routine. I was not learning new skills anymore. I am a person who likes challenges. I want to grow in my career. My old role did not have much opportunity for this. So, I decided to look for a new job. A job where I can use my experience and also learn more. It was a difficult decision, but it was for my future.
