Why digilocker is not working?

Sometimes the server is just too busy. Many people use it at the same time, so it gets slow. It could also be down for maintenance. I would first check if your app is the new version. If not, update it. Also, check your internet connection. Sometimes I just close the app and open it again, or restart my phone. That can fix the problem. Waiting a little while and trying again is a good idea too.
