Why is my laptop mouse not working?

Sorry that is happening. Is it a wireless mouse? Maybe the battery is dead. For a wired mouse, try to unplug it. Then plug it in a different USB spot. A computer restart can fix it too. Also, look at your keyboard. My laptop has a button that turns the touchpad off by mistake. It has a little picture on it. This might be your problem. Hope it helps you fix it.
