Amazon didn't explain why it deleted my last review.This time, it goes again.The item was shipped to me by Cloudtail Amazon.The date of import from P.R.O.C China is February 2020 and the item has a quality seal intact.The previous batches were clear but the yellow one was different.Another Amazon customer had the same observation.Compared to previous batches of the same product which had a very mild smell, the liquid has a higher viscosity and thickness.As the item is non-returnable, I raised a complaint with Amazon, who immediately asked me to contact Me n Moms, the Indian importer and distributor.There is no clue as to why the product is yellow.They passed the item through quality control and then shipped it to their clients.This product isn't acceptable for infants and toddlers.I do not know if the formulation has been changed recently, or if there was production issue, or if the product has been tampered with.Me n’ Moms have asked me to ship the item to their HQ for testing, but I do not know when they will pick up the item or what their or what their remedy would be.Don't risk buying this product until then.

I put my faith in HP's brand name when buying this mouse.There are no complaints as far as the seller is concerned, since it was delivered in good condition.The mouse began to give issues after the return window was closed.It started consuming new batteries within 3-4 days as opposed to up to 18 months as advertised by HP.The experience of contacting HP Support has been horrible, as the Service Centres around me are closed or don't pick up the phone, and HP says you need to call before coming to the Service Centre.I was asked by HP Support to only deal with the Service Centre as they don't provide support for accessories, which is false advertising as it clearly states on the box that the mouse comes with a one-year limited warranty that includes online support.I don't write reviews, but false advertising and poor product quality by a company like HP cannot be forgiven.
