Do you sleep with a closed door?What's going on?
I sleep with my door open because I smell people and feel like I am being watched and breathed on.I cannot wear hearing aids to sleep.I also have a weapon.I get frightened easily.I was hard of hearing until I was 43.I lip read but it won't help in the dark.I make up for my disability.It isn't easy to ride bikes.I wear a pink shirt.
I am lucky to be here.I don't know who to complain to.
Our house is home to a poltergeist so we have to sleep with the door closed and locked.If we leave the door open, we can find cups that were once on the nightstand overturned and spilled in the floor, clothing that was pulled from drawers and books that were strewn about.On a few occasions, I've woken up in a fog just in time to see a ghost disappear from the room, as if startled by my movements.

It's closed now.I have roommates.
I keep my door closed even when I am not awake.
It creates an atmosphere of privacy.
I like my privacy.
Closed and locked.There are reasons for this.
- Fire safety.We live in a house with a fireplace, lots of wood, a gas cooker and little insulation.There is a barrier between your sleeping body and the smoke.My dog is terrible.I fear a heart attack if he is able to get in.
- If my door is open the lights may wake me, because my dad gets up an hour before me to go to work.
- I'm not sure if there's a ghoul living in the dark.Someone pays to be safe.
