Do you think the film lived up to the expectations set by its teaser/trailer (Movie: Mirai (2025)? In what ways did it succeed or fall short (Movie: Mirai (2025)?

I believe the film succeeded in creating a fantasy world but fell short in giving powerful dialogues. Some lines felt flat. If writing was sharper, it would have matched the hype completely.

The trailer created very high expectations. In some parts, the movie matched that energy, especially the fight scenes and VFX. But in other parts, like character development, it was weaker. Still, overall I felt satisfied.

It lived up to expectations for me. The teaser promised grandeur, mythology, and high energy, and the film gave all of that. Of course, no movie is perfect, but I didn’t feel disappointed after watching it.

For me it fell short. The trailer looked epic, but the movie sometimes dragged in the middle. Too much time was spent on side characters, and the pace slowed down.
