Most experience is experience.And food.

I knew my friend was a fan of scrambled eggs and omelets when we were at a mainstream diner.She ordered them to be sunny up.She told me that she didn't try some of the other fare.They put pancake batter in their scrambled egg dishes.

There are places that stretch their eggs with batter and other stuff.It's so delicious and fluffy because it's not just eggs and milk/cream.

You would be surprised at how many places do this.
