How do temples in Varanasi, Ujjain, and Vaishno Devi celebrate Navratri 2025?

I visited Vaishno Devi once during Navratri. The energy is amazing, with continuous chanting of “Jai Mata Di.” The whole mountain route is decorated, and people distribute prasad. The temple remains open 24 hours for darshan during these nine days.

Temples in Varanasi organize grand Ganga aartis along with Durga Puja rituals. In Ujjain’s Mahakaleshwar temple, special shringar of the deity and midnight aarti is done. At Vaishno Devi, the whole shrine is decorated with lights, and lakhs of devotees trek to seek blessings during Navratri.
