How do you handle different political or religious views in a relationship?

I think respect is the only way. We cannot expect our partner to fully change. But we can agree to disagree. If love is strong, then political or religious views should not break it.

It depends how extreme the views are. If they clash with your values too much, long-term it becomes difficult. But if differences are small, then discussing calmly and setting boundaries can work. For example, avoid forcing your belief on the partner.
