How do you prevent jealousy between two close friends?

I think honesty is the best way. If you spend time with one friend more, the other might feel left out. So, I try to include both whenever possible. When it’s not possible, I make sure the other one knows they are still important. Simple messages like “Hey, I miss you too” can reduce jealousy.

Jealousy comes when one feels insecure. I avoid comparing my friends to each other. Instead, I appreciate them for their unique qualities. If I compliment one, I also find ways to value the other. That balance keeps the peace. But if jealousy grows too much, I step back, because I don’t want to play judge between friends.
