At first, I thought boundaries meant being selfish. But later I realized they protect relationships. My rule is: if something makes me feel drained or disrespected, I talk about it openly instead of keeping silent.

Boundaries mean respecting both yourself and the other person. To set them: - Be clear about what is comfortable for you. - Communicate early, not after resentment builds. - Respect the other’s boundaries too. For example, if you need alone time, explain it kindly so they don’t misinterpret.
