Alternatively, use Command Prompt: ipconfig /release then ipconfig /renew to get a new IP automatically.

Control Panel → Network and Sharing Center → Change adapter settings → Right-click connection → Properties → Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) → Properties → Enter new IP address manually.
