  • Click "Pay FGN's and State TSA"
  • Select Pay Federal Government of Nigeria.
  • Type the name of the MDA from the "Name of MDA" field.

The University of Jos (UNIJOS) is a federal institution located in Jos, plateau state of Nigeria which was founded as a satellite campus of the University of Ibadan in 1971. The first set of students that were admitted as pre-degree students was in January 1972, while in 1973 they began their first degree program which was Bachelor of Arts.

Today, we will show you how to enrol for UNIJOS (pre-degree) remedial programme and all you should to know. What is remedial programme?

Remedial is a programme that helps you get an admission into the university offering such programme. It is a programme that was designed to coach students through their intensive curriculum that is aimed to prepare secondary school leavers for a higher university education. Remedial helps student conquer the academic deficiencies they carry from secondary school, by providing them with superior coaching which will make them to perform excellently in their university education.

The remedial application forms are available and can be gotten online through the university official portal at http://mis.unijos.edu.ng

You need to make payment of ten thousand Naira only and it must be through Remita.

You need to visit the Remita Portal at www.remita.net and generate number.

You will use Remita to make payment of Ten thousand Naira which you can choose how to pay, for example, pay with your Visa or MasterCard, Verve, ATM Mobile wallet etc. Make sure you use the RRR number you generated from Remita to make payment.

To finish the admission process, candidate must visit http://mis.unijos.edu.ng , then find the application forms, open an account, then choose remedial science and fill all the required information with a correct email address and password. All candidate can now login again to the portal, then search for the application form and continue the registration.

You can then click on the submit button after completing the online application and wait for a while to receive a sms or email confirmation for a successful submission of the application form.

After receiving a sms or email confirmation, the candidate can now login to view the completed application and then print a personal copy for record purposes.

For candidate to be eligible for this programme, you must possess all of this:

NECO/WASC/GCE ‘O’ LEVEL in the following subjects:

Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, English Language, Agric Science or Biology or Geography
