How to give access in qlik sense?

The user access would be consumed only when the user uses it; (open the app).

to access to an app:

1) allocate a token (user or login access)

2) have the AUTHORISATION to see the app (STREAM)

go to the stream where u have ur app published

• Click. and select Analytics Services.
• Open Catalog.
• In the Spaces list, select the space you want to manage.
• Click Space details and select Members.

Click on the Professional access allocation there will be a button called allocate click on that a list of AD users will be there search the user that is trying to access the Qlik sense and allocate the license to him and let the user try again. Sure he can access the Qlik app.
