How to manifest good karma?

4 Answer(s) Available
Answer # 1 #

Here are seven ways to avoid bad karma.

1. Focus on your goals. - Concentrate on your life goals. When you are fully concentrating on completing goals, not only will you attract good and positive karma; you will also collect the needed strength that will result in success. You may have some failures along the way, but positive karma will support you.

2. Connect to the world within and around you. - When you have some influence from and on the world around you, you eliminate the fear of failure. Eliminating the focus of failure and focusing on your goal will bring out positive karma. Be forewarned that living in the moment will take the best out of you.

3. Stand behind your commitments. - You need to feel responsible for the things you have done. This is a feature of maturity. We all make mistakes. The sign of maturity is to accept the consequences, try to improve yourself, and carry on.

4. Laugh at yourself. - Mistakes will bring us down but humility attracts good karma. When you make some stupid mistakes, learn how to laugh at them instead of crying. We are learning each of our mistakes so accept them as a lesson.

5. Be patient with the world and with yourself. - If you are not tolerant, you need to learn how to do be tolerant. Patience and tolerance will bring you good karma, and everything will be okay in time.

6. Kindness is the main source of good karma. When you are kind to others and do everything in your power to help others, you can expect positive karma. But don't forget to be kind to yourself! Do the things that make you happy. If you can be anything, be kind.

7. Be open to change. - When we already have a complete plan for our future, and everything goes right, we are not ready to accept a curve ball in the form of change. Change is a complicated process that always seems to happen when your plan is getting real. It represents an unfamiliar zone, and we hate it. In order to accept the change, get out of your comfort zone. When you accept changes without any consequences, you will attract good karma. Spread your wings and fly away to all the places where you want to go, with the people and things you want to be. Change is reasonable and necessary.

In closing, remember, karma is the law of moral causation. It is the action, work or deed of a person and also refers to the spiritual principle of cause and effect where intent and actions can influence the future of that individual. With the holidays upon us, let's generate some good karma!

Karma is that age-old universal theory of getting what we deserve based on our thoughts and actions. Some believe that you can create your own good karma if you simply follow some basic rules. Better yet, if you practice these steps daily, you might not only bring good karma to yourself, but your actions may benefit those around you too.

Most people, at one time or another, find themselves battling low self-esteem, self-blame and self-doubt. Many focus on the "what ifs" and "should haves" of their lives. If you find yourself mired in these thoughts, try to focus on the love and goodness in your life. Start each day with a daily affirmation to focus on these aspects of your life. As your thinking shifts, your thoughts and actions toward those around you should change as well.

Holding grudges holds you back. While it's not always easy to love someone you perceive as having hurt you, it's better for you (and that person) in the long run if you practice the act of forgiveness and release ill feelings you may harbor. In this way, you clear away negativity that can block you from getting good karma to manifest in your life.

One of the easiest ways to send good karma into the world is to live from a place of compassion. Gandhi declared: "Be the change you want to see." If drawing good karma into your life is your desire, you must first practice what you hope to receive.

Known as the Golden Rule, the concept of "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" is best recalled as a key teaching of Jesus of Nazareth. However, the basic philosophy is a lesson taught in many cultures worldwide.

To get good karma flowing into your life, you should spend time in quiet introspection. You might see this as a time of soul searching as you explore your personal role in all that has transpired in your life. It's important to do this without judgment. The purpose is to gain understanding, not to place blame.

Consistency cannot be achieved overnight, but as you practice kindness, compassion, love of self and responsibility for your words and actions you begin attracting and sending good karma until it becomes a part of your daily life experience. At least that's the hope.

Sometimes life gets in our way and we find ourselves being consumed by a routine that, more often than not, doesn’t bring us happiness or joy.

We forget about the little things in life, and even more important: we forget to make our soul happy.

I have talked about the importance of keeping high vibrations when you want to manifest. Well, this is not much different.

Attracting good karma and keep a positive energy, not only will help you to manifest your desire, it will also help you to change the view you have of the world.

That’s why I want to share with you 100 ways to attract good Karma and positive energy. So you can start making a list of the things that are easier for you to do.

It will also give a better perspective of what makes you a better human being.

I also feel that there’s a misconception about Karma in general.

First of all, attracting good karma doesn’t only mean that you have to do things for others. It’s also about doing things for yourself that will help you live a better life. A life with less burdens.

But first, let’s go back to the basics and definitions before I start listing one hundred ways to attract good Karma and positive energy.

By definition, Karma (in Hinduism and Buddhism) is the sum of a person’s actions in this and previous states of existence, viewed as deciding their fate in future existences.

Karma is also known as the Law of Cause and Effect. So if you are more familiar with the twelve universal laws (one being the Law of Attraction), you can start reading more about it under that name.

Friendly reminder: you don’t wish Karma onto others. That’s not how it works. Karma doesn’t punish anyone. It’s us and our actions that can bring “bad” or “good” situations into our lives (past lives count as well).

That’s why it’s also called the Law of Cause and Effect. If I do bad things, then bad thing will happen to me.

Also note, those bad things that can come my way (Karma), are not a punishment. It’s a lesson. An opportunity to learn how to be better.

So you, by your actions, can change your Karma.

If you think that you have bad luck or things never go your way. There’s a reason(s) why that is happening, and it’s time for you to start analyzing your thoughts and attitudes. That way you can learn how to be better and improve your present.

By attracting positive energy, you also attract good Karma.

You can control it. The power is inside you (sounds very cliché, but it’s the truth)

Now, let’s see how we all can make a change!

Remember, by doing any of these things your life won’t instantly change. You also need to take time and think about your current life and what needs to change.

For example, if you judge people. What does say about you? Why do you do it? What do you gain with it? How that makes you feel? And if you don’t feel like you aren’t doing anything bad, why?

Think about why you like to judge others, why do you think you deserve to do it?

1. Keep your promises.

2. Buy flowers for your mom (or any maternal figure in your life).
