Sometimes life gets in our way and we find ourselves being consumed by a routine that, more often than not, doesn’t bring us happiness or joy.
We forget about the little things in life, and even more important: we forget to make our soul happy.
I have talked about the importance of keeping high vibrations when you want to manifest. Well, this is not much different.
Attracting good karma and keep a positive energy, not only will help you to manifest your desire, it will also help you to change the view you have of the world.
That’s why I want to share with you 100 ways to attract good Karma and positive energy. So you can start making a list of the things that are easier for you to do.
It will also give a better perspective of what makes you a better human being.
I also feel that there’s a misconception about Karma in general.
First of all, attracting good karma doesn’t only mean that you have to do things for others. It’s also about doing things for yourself that will help you live a better life. A life with less burdens.
But first, let’s go back to the basics and definitions before I start listing one hundred ways to attract good Karma and positive energy.
By definition, Karma (in Hinduism and Buddhism) is the sum of a person’s actions in this and previous states of existence, viewed as deciding their fate in future existences.
Karma is also known as the Law of Cause and Effect. So if you are more familiar with the twelve universal laws (one being the Law of Attraction), you can start reading more about it under that name.
Friendly reminder: you don’t wish Karma onto others. That’s not how it works. Karma doesn’t punish anyone. It’s us and our actions that can bring “bad” or “good” situations into our lives (past lives count as well).
That’s why it’s also called the Law of Cause and Effect. If I do bad things, then bad thing will happen to me.
Also note, those bad things that can come my way (Karma), are not a punishment. It’s a lesson. An opportunity to learn how to be better.
So you, by your actions, can change your Karma.
If you think that you have bad luck or things never go your way. There’s a reason(s) why that is happening, and it’s time for you to start analyzing your thoughts and attitudes. That way you can learn how to be better and improve your present.
By attracting positive energy, you also attract good Karma.
You can control it. The power is inside you (sounds very cliché, but it’s the truth)
Now, let’s see how we all can make a change!
Remember, by doing any of these things your life won’t instantly change. You also need to take time and think about your current life and what needs to change.
For example, if you judge people. What does say about you? Why do you do it? What do you gain with it? How that makes you feel? And if you don’t feel like you aren’t doing anything bad, why?
Think about why you like to judge others, why do you think you deserve to do it?
