It's super easy to do this with a text. Just send an SMS with the word "STOP" to the number 56789 from your Jio number. You'll get a confirmation text back almost immediately. You have to reply to that message to confirm the deactivation. Once you do, your caller tune will be removed. This method is quick and has always worked for me whenever I wanted to get rid of a song.
