There were some variants found in the old documents, starting with alveolar consonants like の (no), な (na), す (su), し (shi), て (te) etc.

Yamada (1913) proposed that it is cognate with Old Korean 叱 (-s) (whence Middle Korean ㅅ (-s)). However, the phonology does not match, and there is a distinct vestigial medial -s- that appears in certain ancient Japanese terms, such as 春雨 (harusame, possibly haru ("spring") + -s- (genitive) + ame ("rain")), 新稲 (nīshine, possibly nī ("new") + -s- (genitive) + ine ("rice")), 真青 (masao, possibly ma ("true, real") + -s- (genitive) + ao ("blue")).

January 13, 2023 — The Role of Government in Health Policy and Regulation

This module discusses government involvement in establishing long-term care rules and regulations.

*Saturday* January 14, 2023 — Preparation for Licensure Certification Accreditation Surveys, and Meeting Other Regulatory Requirements

This module assesses the preparation for surveys and inspections leading to accreditation. Standards of state and federal regulations are reviewed.

January 20, 2023 — Gerontology, Diseases of Aging

This class presents the biological and psychosocial theories of the aging process. The stages of death and dying process will be discussed at length.

January 27, 2023 — Dietary Department and Resident Care

This program will address the nutritional needs of the elderly resident. Common eating problems/digestive problems will present the importance of assessing and corresponding treatment will be discussed.

*Saturday* January 28, 2023 — Fiscal Management, Budgeting, and Accounting

This session focuses on the financial management of the long-term care facility, budgeting, and accounting.

February 3, 2023 — Rehabilitation Services and Special Care

This module discusses resident's rights to assessments, treatments, and service delivery systems of the long-term care facility

February 10, 2023 — Administration, Organization and Management of the Long Term Care Facility

This class explores the regulations and role of social services in the long-term care facility. Available services to meet resident needs for family and community involvement are discussed.

February 17, 2023 — The Nursing Department and Resident Care Management

This program focuses on the complete nursing care of the resident, utilizing a planned interdisciplinary process. Patient rights, confidentiality, and individualized needs of the resident are preserved. Staff communication skills and ethical behavior are promoted.

February 24, 2023 — Third Party Reimbursement

Long-term care insurance reimbursements are discussed with case presentations and the appeal process.

*Saturday* February 25, 2023 — Risk Management

This session describes risk management in a long-term care facility. Liability and safety issues, insurance issues, and worker compensation issues will be presented

March 3, 2023 — Understanding Regulations, Deficiencies, Plans of Corrections, and Quality Assurance

This class presents understanding of compliance of state and federal regulations to prevent deficiencies. Focuses on examples of citations and guidelines to develop an appropriate plan of action. Discusses importance of a quality assurance program to assist in the process.

March 10, 2023 — *No Class, Spring Break*

March 17, 2023 — Health Support Services

This class will discuss the pharmaceutical requirements of the elderly as well as regulations regarding safe drug and treatment administration. Other diagnostic services and components of the clinical record will also be presented.

March 24, 2023 — Personnel Management and Labor Relations

This program addresses personnel issues and labor relations in the long-term care setting. Performance appraisals, employee benefits, staff development, and communication skills are addressed.

March 31, 2023  — Social Services, Family and Community Relationships, and Resident Rights

This session focuses on administration, organization, and management of the long-term care facility, with emphasis on current and future health care issues.

April  7, 20223 — Strategic Planning, Marketing, and Public Relations

This module will describe concepts of marketing and public relations in the long-term care facility. Defining and utilizing the mission statement and goal setting to develop a strategic plan will be presented

Penthouse: War in Life III episode 4 will see Seo-jin (Kim So-yeon) attempt to bring a rift between Su-ryeon (Lee Ji-ah) and Yoon-hui (Eugene). She will use the fact that Yoon-hui is hiding an important truth from her to drive a wedge between them. Will she be successful?

Penthouse: War in Life III episode 3 ended with Yoon-hui finding out that the woman who gave birth to Su-ryeon's adopted daughter, the one that she believed to be own, was killed.

She found that this woman was killed by Jeni's (Jin Ji-hee) father Yoo Dong-pil (Park Ho-san). However, what is intriguing about this entire incident is the fact that the woman's body had never been found.

Dong-pil, who was released from prison, is dead set on getting revenge from Dan-tae. He wants proof to put Dan-tae behind bars because he did not commit the crime, Dan-tae did. Dong-pil only took the blame for Dan-tae.

At the moment, he is getting close to Dan-tae to get proof. Yoon-hui, on the other hand, is following the trail that Logan Lee had been on before his death in Penthouse: War in Life III. Logan discovered that a blood relative of Su-ryeon might still be alive.

However, he revealed this only to Yoon-hui and also gave the key to his $10 billion savings to her. He told her to use the money the way she saw fit in honor of Seol-ah.

After hiring a private firm to find the truth about the woman who gave up her daughter for money, Yoon-hui is sure to find out that Dan-tae is somehow involved in this murder in Penthouse: War in Life III.

The promo for the upcoming episode clearly shows Yoon-hui speaking to Dan-tae about a secret that he wants to keep hidden.

While Yoon-hui did promise Logan that she would not tell the truth about his findings to Su-ryeon, this might really bring about a misunderstanding between the allies of Penthouse: War in Life III.

Dan-tae is facing danger from all sides, especially with Baek Jung-gi's (On Joo-wan) appearance. Technically, Dan-tae's identity is stolen and he used to be a poor laborer for a Korean family that worked in Japan. That was until he killed the father and mother, leaving only the son to survive Penthouse: War in Life III.

He also stole their wealth in Penthouse: War in Life III and that is how Mr Baek transformed into Ju Dan-tae. Logan had somehow found this truth and tracked the real Dan-tae down. While Logan died right in front of him, the real Dan-tae who now goes by Baek Jun-gi decides to kill the imposter.

At this time, he meets Su-ryeon who helps him enter not just Dan-tae's social circle but his home as well. In Penthouse: War in Life III episode 4, Seo-jin will also come to the realization that it was indeed Su-ryeon who placed Jung-gi at her residence.

Seo-jin also creeps around Jung-gi's belongings and finds the wanted poster with Dan-tae's face on it. At the same time, Dong-pil has come to the realization that the body of the dead woman is hidden within the fountain at Hera Palace.

As Dan-tae faces all these different knives pointed at him, he concentrates on getting his hands on the money that Yoon-hui has. The same amount that Logan left with her.

It looks like Dan-tae is ready to harm Su-ryeon's life to get what he wants. The question, however, is if Su-ryeon will end up falling for the trap that Seo-jin is setting up for her. Or will she be the one to drive to Yoon-hui's rescue in Penthouse: War in Life III?
