I've never used resistance loop bands.When I saw the joke, I thought it was a joke but when I watched the workout, I felt the intensity.If you don't have access to a gym in 2020, the workout with the bands is definitely worth it.

The quality of the bands is great, but the length is not enough for tall people.The bands on my and my husband's feet fall short when we try to do standing exercises.Had the length been longer, the product would have been perfect.
