You can find Italy in the south of Europe. It is very easy to spot on a world map. It has a very famous shape, like a big boot. This boot shape juts out into the Mediterranean Sea. So it is a peninsula.

In the north, it shares land borders with France, Switzerland, Austria, and Slovenia. The big islands of Sicily and Sardinia are part of Italy too. It's a beautiful country, and not too far from us here in England! It's one of the most recognisable countries because of its shape.

It really came down to exhaustion. For five years, their schedule was relentless. They were constantly touring, recording, and promoting. It was just non-stop. Zayn leaving the year before was a huge factor too.

Ultimately, they all wanted to explore their own music and have a chance at solo careers. The official line is that they're on an "indefinite hiatus," not a permanent split. So, it was a mix of pure burnout from a crazy pace and the natural desire to grow as individual artists after being in a group for so long.

I went there on my holiday! It is in a city called Madurai. This city is in the state of Tamil Nadu. That is in the south of India. The temple is very beautiful and has so many colours. A really amazing place to see.
