Honestly, being vulnerable in a relationship just means letting your guard down and sharing the real stuff, even if it feels uncomfortable. For me, what helped was starting small: sharing daily worries, talking about insecurities, or admitting when I felt jealous instead of hiding it. Some tips that worked: - Practice honesty in little things – if you’re upset, say it rather than bottling it. - Listen actively – vulnerability is two-way. Show your partner it’s safe for them too. - Don’t expect perfection – vulnerability is messy. Over time, it built a lot more trust between me and my partner.

When I needed captions with my Loom download, I had to export the transcript separately. Loom lets you download the transcript in .vtt
or .txt
format. After downloading the video and transcript, I used a free tool like HandBrake to “burn in” the captions. Took a bit longer, but it worked flawlessly. So if Loom doesn’t directly give you embedded captions, that’s the workaround.
