If you’re on a free Loom plan, the captions feature is limited. You’ll see transcripts on the web player but they might not be included in downloads. In that case, record the screen with captions on (screen recorder) or upgrade your plan. It’s frustrating, but that’s how they upsell the feature.

For business TINs, CAC registration details are sometimes linked. If the TIN validation page doesn’t show anything, you can cross-check by contacting the FIRS office in your state. They’ll confirm if the TIN is active. Not everything is digitized yet, so old records may still need manual confirmation.
