I joined Army GD after 12th. Retired at 38 with pension and started second career. Defence jobs are best if you want early pension and secure future.

In some states, class IV jobs like office attendant, sweeper, or driver are filled without exam. They only use interview or document verification. So if you don’t want exam, target such recruitments.
