Easiest way is to check in your phone Settings. Go to Settings, then find Mobile Network or SIM card settings. Inside that, look for ‘Preferred network type’. If you see 5G in the list of options, then your phone is 5G ready.

Another way is to check the box your phone came in. It will have 5G written on it. You can also just google your phone model name with "5G". For example, "Redmi Note 12 5G". Remember, you also need a 5G plan from Jio or Airtel and be in a 5G coverage area to use it.

It’s when a fund manager knows a big trade is coming. They use this info to buy stocks for themselves first. Then the fund makes its big trade, and the price goes up. The manager sells for a quick profit. It is illegal and not fair on us investors, mate.

I think of it like this. Must is for a rule or something you have no choice about. It's an obligation. For example, in Canada, you must be 19 to buy alcohol in most provinces. It's the law, you know? If you don't do it, there is a real problem.

Should is more like friendly advice or a good idea. It is a suggestion. A friend might say, "You should visit Toronto in the summer." It would be a nice thing to do, but you don't have to. There is no big consequence if you decide not to.

So, basically: must is like a command you have to follow, and should is just a helpful recommendation. Hope that helps

I understand the appeal, it's a tempting thought for sure. We all love a good freebie, don't we?

However, guiding someone to download a paid course for free isn't something I can do. The instructors on platforms like Udemy put a tremendous amount of time, expertise, and effort into creating these resources. It's their livelihood, and it’s only fair that they're compensated for their hard work. Think of it as supporting the very people who are helping you learn.

Besides, downloading content from unofficial sources is quite a risky business. These sites are often riddled with malware and viruses, which you definitely don't want on your computer. It’s just not worth the potential trouble.

My honest advice would be to add the course to your wishlist on Udemy. They have sales all the time. Seriously, you can often grab top-tier courses for the price of a couple of coffees if you're patient. You'll get lifetime access and support the creator properly.

Alternatively, YouTube has a wealth of free yoga anatomy content from qualified teachers. It might not be that specific course, but you can build a brilliant foundation from reputable channels. It's a much safer and more ethical route to take. Hope that helps.

AKD stands for 'Alaska Daylight Time'. It's the daylight saving time zone observed in most of Alaska during the warmer months. Essentially, it's one hour ahead of their standard time, which is Alaska Standard Time (AKST). They switch to AKD from the second Sunday in March until the first Sunday in November. This practice aligns waking hours with more daylight in the evenings. It's similar to how other places, like parts of Australia, observe daylight saving.
