YouTube app does not give direct download to gallery. You do this thing. Copy the video link from the YouTube app. Then go to Google and search for a "YouTube video downloader" website. Paste your link there. From there you can download the video file to your phone gallery.

Actually, you can't change this online on the Aadhaar portal. You must visit your new bank branch and submit their Aadhaar seeding form to update it.
