The new covid is looking much like a bad cold or flu. Sore throat is very common. Also runny nose and cough. Many people are getting headache and body pains. You can get fever also, but not always. It is different from before. Loss of taste or smell is not so common now. Because it is like normal sickness, it is confusing. Best thing is to get a test done if you feel sick. Please see a doctor for correct advice.

I think resilience is super important. Life isn't always easy, you know? There is always stress from school, work, or family stuff. Resilience is how you bounce back from these tough times.

It's not about being perfect or never feeling bad. It's more about how you handle the pressure. For me, it means I don't get stuck when something bad happens. I can learn from it and keep going. It’s so important for your mental health. It helps you deal with big challenges without feeling totally overwhelmed. It's like a skill you can build to help you get through the hard parts of life. It helps you to be stronger for the next time something goes wrong.
