You always tell someone something. For example, “She told me a secret.” With 'said', you don’t need to name a person. You can just say, “She said she was leaving.” So, 'told' needs a person listening, but 'said' focuses more on the words themselves. Hope this helps

It's a straightforward process. First, go to your profile. Tap the menu in the top-right corner, then select 'Settings and privacy.' From there, find 'Creator tools and controls.' You will see an option called 'Switch account type.'

Choose 'Switch to personal account' and confirm. Do remember, this action will remove your access to professional insights and analytics. So, be sure before you confirm the switch. It is very quick to do.

I was in your town a while back, mate. For a good brekkie, I reckon you can't go past the Cottage House Restaurant. It is a proper local spot. So it’s not fancy or anything. But the food is the real deal. It’s real Southern home-style cooking, you know?

I had the biscuits and gravy, and they were brilliant. You get heaps of food for your money, too. A really big plate. Another good one is The Soda Fountain Cafe. It has more of an old-school diner feel. But for me, the Cottage House was the best for a true local feed. You will not leave hungry, that is for sure. It’s a great way to start the day there.

This is a hard question. There is not one 'best' VC for everyone in New York. It really depends on your company and what stage you are at. I was looking this up for my own idea.

Many people say Union Square Ventures (USV) is amazing. They are good for early stage companies. They often invest in businesses with big networks, like social media or marketplaces.

For a much bigger company, you have Insight Partners. They are a very big fund. They give money for growth stage, not for just starting.

If you are a very new company, a seed company, then you can look at Lerer Hippeau. I see their name all the time. They are very active in the New York seed world.

So you must look at your stage first. Is it seed, early, or growth? The best VC for you depends on this. Hope this is helping you. Cheers.

In steel production, BOF means Basic Oxygen Furnace. It is a very important method. This is the main way to make steel in the world today. I will try to explain it simply.

We start with molten iron. This iron comes from a blast furnace. This iron has a lot of carbon and other impurities. The job of the BOF is to remove these impurities. It does this by blowing pure oxygen into the molten iron. The furnace is like a big pot that can tilt. It is also called a converter.

The oxygen starts a chemical reaction. It burns away the extra carbon. This process is very fast. It takes only about 40 to 50 minutes for one batch. That is why it is so popular. It makes a lot of steel quickly. The temperature becomes very high, around 1700°C. We also add some scrap steel to the furnace. This scrap metal melts and helps to control the temperature. It is also good for recycling.

We add other materials like lime. The lime helps to remove impurities like phosphorus and sulfur. These form a slag on top of the molten steel. The slag is removed later. After the oxygen blowing is done, we have raw steel. This steel is then taken for further refining to make the final product.

So, in short, BOF is a fast and efficient process. It uses oxygen to convert molten iron into steel. Most of the big steel plants in India and worldwide use this method. It is a core part of modern steelmaking.
