This is my special trick for a very nice chocolate shake. It is so simple.

You must use a frozen banana. This is the main secret. Cut one banana into pieces and freeze it for some hours.

In your blender, put the frozen banana pieces. Add two spoons of good cocoa powder. Put sugar for your taste, maybe one or two spoons. Then pour one big glass of cold milk.

Blend everything very well until it is smooth. It will become thick and creamy, just like a real ice cream shake. For more good taste, you can also add a very small bit of coffee powder. It makes the chocolate taste super.
