What are bfa speaker plugs?
AudioStream's BFA plugs offer a fast, secure way to terminate your speaker cables for use in any speaker with BFA or Banana jacks . With 24 karat gold plated terminals, corrosion is inhibited to ensure extended lifespan and durability for the highest quality signal transfer.
DELTRON BFA AMP SPEAKER PLUGS 595-series are safety compliant connectors developed for use with compatible high quality amplifiers from manufacturers such as Arcam, Linn and Cyrus.
The BFA (British Federation of Audio) insulated plugs were designed to fit special amplifier speaker sockets fitted to certain models of Arcam (who first developed concept), Linn and Cyrus amplifiers.
DELTRON BFA AMP SPEAKER PLUGS are constructed from a rigid plastic housing which completely insulates the inner gold plated female brass connector. Red and black plastic end caps complete the connectors.
Installation of the Deltron BFA speaker plugs is reasonably easy. The gold plated brass metal connector has access points for up to 3 speaker cables wired at right angles or single in-line cable wired via the colour coded end cap. Speaker cable can be screwed firmly into place or soldered making single, bi- and tri-wiring possible from a single plug.
Please note: only those amplifiers fitted with loudspeaker terminals to BFA specification will accept the Deltron BFA plugs. Please check your owners manual or contact us.
