- Even though you have masters in your specialty, you are always overlooked for your work.
- There are times when you feel a rush, but those make you keep going.
- If you have a small problem in your management, you get nightmares.
It requires a good knowledge of physiology and pharmacology as well as understanding many other specialties.You have a nice balance of patient contact, contact with your surgical colleagues and your nurse colleagues, because you get to perform all sorts of practical procedures.
Anaesthesiology is one of the most interesting and fascinating specialties in medicine.
