The Digital CSE, focused on Artificial Intelligence and Analytics (AI&A) will help Cognizant to build our digital consulting business further with existing tier one Technology clients, who already benefit from a number of Cognizant engagements. The Digital CSE will be focused on opening new client relationships and selling the end-to-end AI&A capabilities of Cognizant as part of digital transformation initiatives.
Specifically, the responsibilities of the Digital CSE are as follows:
· Increase Digital Consulting sales and profit at our top tier clients for Cognizant AI&A offerings and solutions
· Strengthen Cognizant relationships with the Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering leaders focused to enhance mindshare, market share, and increase sales of AI&A-related offerings and solutions
· Work with Cognizant Client Account Partners and their teams to deliver that success
· Lead some of the CDB teams engaged across various accounts and leverage the required skills from across the broader CDB organisation
· Play a leadership role within CDB focused on Technology clients in the US
Required Skills
· 10+ years sales experience in Consulting focused on Internet, software, or high-tech clients
· An in-depth understanding and experience Solutioning and selling the following:
o Artificial Intelligence platforms
§ Amazon Machine Learning
§ Microsoft Cognitive Services Suite
§ Google TensorFlow and/or Diagflow
§ IBM Watson
o Data Management Strategy
o Information Architecture Advisory
· Extensive business development track record
· A strong understanding of the Technology industry, challenges and opportunities
· A strong understanding of the various functions in Technology companies
· A sound understanding of disruption in the industry due to new entrants
· Experience with large, complex product sales and Implementation
· A good knowledge and understanding of business analysis techniques
· Excellent consulting and communication skills, including the ability to solution and sell strategic consulting work, target operating model work, business cases, roadmaps, etc.
· People management experience
